We make it our business to ensure a timely delivery of your order. We will always aim to dispatch your order as fast as we can, pending product availability and credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer than expected, especially during busy holiday periods.

During busy holiday periods and major retail events (e.g., Christmas and Black Friday), we will do our best to ensure that your products are dispatched in a timely manner and reach the SLA set out in our stated delivery times. If we experience any processing delays or shipping delays due to faults at our warehouse or through the fault of our couriers, we will make every effort to contact you and provide updates on your order.
UK DELIVERY: 1-4 WORKING DAYS
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom should arrive at your door within 1-4 working days, depending on the service you choose at checkout.
We will make every effort to dispatch the order within one working day. Our cut-off time for next working day delivery is 2 PM each weekday. All orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following working day. This excludes all national holidays and bank holidays.

We aim to deliver all packages to Europe within 1-10 working days, depending on the service you choose at checkout.

Since the UK formally left the EU in January 2021, there have been several changes to how we send parcels internationally. As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon receipt. Please see below for further information.
EU - Our standard international service is NOT inclusive of Duties & Taxes. Customers will be liable for all Duties & Taxes on these orders.
Duties & Taxes are covered for our customers ordering from EU member states when using our FedEx or DHL services.
As of August 23, 2022, when purchasing from a country in Europe, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches their destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
USA – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department; however, all duties will be calculated and payable at checkout, and there should be no additional costs upon delivery.
AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
NEW ZEALAND - We do not collect any duty, fees, or GST unless the value of your item/shipment is over NZ $1000. GST of 15% applies to all imported items, including anything you bought online or using a mail order catalogue. Overseas suppliers may charge GST on items sent to New Zealand consumers that are valued at NZ $1000 or less. We calculate GST based on the total of: how much you paid for the item, plus any international transport and insurance costs, plus any import duty. Note: For duty and GST calculations, if you import multiple orders in a short time period from the same supplier and address, we consider them to be a single shipment.
CANADA - Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. You do not have to pay the GST on the following goods that are imported into Canada by mail: - goods worth CAN $20 or less; and - gifts from family members or friends who live abroad when the worth is CAN $60 or less.
All import duties, customs charges, taxes, and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders, so please check this first, and if you still do not have it, please email customer service at Contact@erdemcakici.com with your name and order number, and they will be able to help locate your tracking details.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate, as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact Contact@erdemcakici.com with your name and order number.
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not already dispatched. Once a parcel has left us, it will need to be returned. Please be aware we aim to ship all orders the same day they are placed, so the window to cancel your order is very short.
Again, we will do our best to change any items in your order, but once the order is printed and into fulfillment, we cannot change it.
