 HOW TO USE OUR RETURNS PORTAL 

 

Our returns portal is easy to use for both domestic and international customers. 

 

1. Follow the link to our returns portal. 

2. Enter your order number and email, both of which can be found on your order confirmation email. 

3. Follow the steps in the portal to arrange your return for exchange, store credit, or refund. 

4. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to purchase a returns label using our preferred carriers at preferential rates. 

5. Once we have received your return, we will process your request.

 RETURNING YOUR ITEMS 

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Erdem Çakıcı. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, we are here to help. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. Our garments come with a return tag attached in a prominent position. If this is removed from your garment, you will no longer be eligible to return it. 

 

Please be aware that outbound shipping fees from your original order are not refundable. 

 

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process it. Your refund or exchange will be processed when our team approves your return. 

 

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags, liners, and packaging intact, and displaying any other return tags to receive an exchange or refund. 

 

All jewelry must be returned unmarked and unscuffed in the original undamaged packaging and inside a protective shipping box. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet our return criteria.

 RETURN COSTS 

 

We have worked hard to bring you the most competitive shipping rates through our portal with premium carriers. 

 

All our return labels are insured and tracked, and we use the fastest service available to get your returns processed as quickly as possible. 

 

Our return label rates: 

 

- UK:£5.00 

- International: Calculated based on the weight of the items you are returning. 

 

If you are unhappy with these rates, you can return using any service you prefer. In this case, customers are responsible for the return shipment, and all returns must be sent to the address shown on the packing slip. Please mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS," as any returns we receive with unpaid duties, customs, or fees will be rejected. We recommend sending all returns via a tracked and insured service. If anything goes wrong in transit, you will be covered by your chosen courier. Please be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. 

 

If you choose to send your return back using your own service, please email us with your order number, detailing the items you are sending back and the reason before you send the parcel at Contact@erdemcakici.com. 

 

 PREPARING YOUR RETURN 

Once you have your label, please pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely closed. 

 

We advise using a secure corrugated cardboard box if you do not have your original packaging. Mailer bags can be used, but we will not be liable for any damage to the garment during transit. 

 

Please ensure all returned items are sent back in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

 

Place the label on the top of the box, ready for collection or to be dropped off at your closest collection point. 

 

Mark your box as "RETURNED GOODS" clearly to avoid any issues. 

 

 EXCHANGES 

 

If you want to exchange your item, you must first return your original item. We suggest placing a new order as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange will remain in stock. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. If your requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you by email to find a resolution you are happy with. Successful exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. 

 

 STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS 

 

If you have opted for store credit or a gift card, you have 12 months to use this from the date of issue. You do not have to use either option in one go, but you must use it within 12 months. 

 

To apply your credit, simply use the code provided at checkout, and the amount available on the card will be deducted from your desired purchase. 

 

If you do not use your gift card within 12 months, contact us at Contact@erdemcakici.com, and one of our team will advise you further. 

 

 REFUNDS 

 

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Essential Vest Twin Pack 

 

The essential vest twin pack can be sent back for a refund or exchange. Both garments must be returned; we are not able to exchange or refund single garments when they are purchased as a set. Both items must be returned.
